Our fuel levy rises and falls with the cost of diesel. It is calculated around the first of each month based on that month’s data and published on our fuel levy page so customers can see it. During periods of fuel market instability the levy may be reviewed more often.

Yes. Roma, Toowoomba, Brisbane, Charleville and Warwick all offer parcel collection, and the agencies differ by depot. Full hours for each are on our locations page. Theodore is not a parcel collect agency, but collection can be arranged by calling 1300 192 737.

If you have not used Wards Transport before, the process is straightforward. Request a quote with the pickup and delivery addresses and the weight and dimensions of what you are sending, and we will come back with a price and the service that suits the timing. Once you are happy, book the pickup and we will collect it.

The single most common cause of an invoice not matching a quote is estimated dimensions. Measure the freight as it will actually travel, including the pallet, and the two will line up.
