Our services
When freight is too big, too heavy or too awkward for a standard deck, it becomes a different job. We move bulk, heavy lift and OSOM consignments across Queensland with the trailers and planning that work requires.
Our bulk and heavy haulage service covers oversize and over mass (OSOM) consignments, heavy lift work and specialist tyre transport. These are dedicated movements rather than freight on a scheduled run, because the load dictates the route, the equipment and often the time of day it can travel.
We operate drop deck and extendable trailers for long and over-height loads, and ramp trailers for machinery that has to be driven or winched on rather than lifted. GPS vehicle tracking is fitted across the fleet.

Oversize work is mostly planning. Dimensions and mass determine the permit, the permit determines the route, and the route determines the timing — some loads cannot travel at night, others cannot travel in peak traffic, and some need pilots or escorts.
The earlier you involve us, the more options remain. Give us the dimensions, the mass, the lifting points and the site access at both ends, and we will tell you what is possible.
Heavy haulage work comes largely from resources and mining, construction, manufacturing and agribusiness — sectors where the equipment is big, the sites are remote and the cost of downtime is high.
Our depots at Brisbane, Toowoomba, Warwick, Roma, Charleville and Theodore support this work, with laydown yards at Brisbane, Toowoomba and Roma for staging project freight.
Project freight rarely arrives in the order it is needed. Our laydown yards at Brisbane, Toowoomba and Roma let customers accumulate equipment, pipe and structural steel close to the corridor, then move it to site as a planned sequence rather than in a series of expensive part loads.

Heavy haulage quotes are only as good as the information behind them. The four numbers that decide everything are length, width, height and mass — get those right and the rest follows. After that, the practical questions are how the item is lifted or driven onto the trailer, and what the access looks like at both ends.
Photographs of the item and the access at both ends are worth more than a paragraph of description. Send them with your enquiry and we can usually answer faster.
Oversize loads do not simply take the shortest road. Bridge limits, overhead clearances, roadworks and town centres all shape the route, and some of those change week to week. Western Queensland adds weather: in a wet season roads close, and an oversize load is the last thing to move once they reopen.
Building realistic contingency into the schedule is part of the job. We would rather tell you a date we can hold than the date you were hoping for.
For round, awkward and easily damaged loads see specialist tyre transport. For staging equipment before it moves to site, our laydown yards at Brisbane, Toowoomba and Roma are set up for exactly that. Urgent breakdown freight is handled through hot shot.
Send us the dimensions and the mass and we will tell you how it can be done.
